
I got nothin'Not feeling very creative lately, as you can probably tell from the lack of a post yesterday.
But I do have good news to report with regard to the gym. Today was the first day in almost a month that I did my full cardio workout....a full hour including 55 minutes on the elliptical machine and a five minute walk on the treadmill. I managed to log 5.7 miles and 670 calories. And I did 45 minutes of intervals on the stairs and my full chest and back weight routine yesterday. Yessir...I am BACK.
I still have a slight cough and a little beet of wheezing, but I have to say that ain't bad for someone that's...shall we say...a bit over the age of 35.
I promise I'll try and think of something a bit more entertaining for my next post.
